Historical status query to assess workflow efficiency

Dear JIRA Community,

Does anyone have a query built to run an extract from JIRA to get the following information?

-– Ticket Number

-– Title

-– Date submitted

–- Assigned to

-- Create by

-– Group Assigned To

-– Current and historical status changes from new to closed

-– Date and time of each status change

Hi @Len Hoffman 

You can build a filter with most of these columns to get the information you want for a particular project or subset of a project but getting the history of those issues in one view is not possible. There is a history tab for every issue in Jira where you can get this historical information but to get it in single view is not possible without using an add-on. ScriptRunner for Jira can help you do that - it can fetch the historical changes and display it at one place for you.
