Per your description, I understand you want the following:

* When a release date of a version is updated,
* Automatically update the due date of the issues related to that version, adding the release date of the version to the issue's due date

If that's what you want, you can configure the automation rule below. P.S: update the JQL parameter "project = scrum" with the project you have:
