Someone on my team continues to get insane amounts of emails everytime an issue is imported through csv files. She has been getting hundreds a week and I cant seem to figure out why.
I just know its not
-the projects notification settings (this is set to only when assigned should an email be sent)
-automation is not the reason why. (we are in a controlled environment bc where we work, and automation rules are not allowed to be updated/created)
Does anyone know maybe what I should look into?? This is living rent free in my head

In the Notification Schemes you have a "Issue Created" event, this options is enable or disabled?
