Filtering on when a custom field was changed/updated?

I have a custom field named "Team" (single select drop down menu). Sometimes folks change this field from one team to another without communicating that the work has been transferred...

I saw that Jira Native fields can use the "changed" option... custom fields cannot.

Is there a way for me to filter on when that team field was changed? Thanks!

'Changed' works with specific jira system fields like "Status"not with the custom fields, unfortunately this can't be done out-of-the-box with Jira. 

I would create a custom JQL function with ScriptRunner to get the required information

@Mohamed Adel any thoughts on how to do that? I'm not familiar with writing that. We do have Scriptrunner.
