Facing issue in application link

We have installed a new Jira server for production (https://teamc.concerto.in/) and we tried configuring Application link with existing Jira server (https://10.10.10.102:8088/). Both are https.

While making an application link when I enter URL in configure application URL (pls refer attached screenshot). I am getting below message.

"No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue."

Request you to kindly check and help to resolve.

Hi @Nilesh Deshmukh ,

Could you check if the Base URL that is configured in the admin section of this environment https://10.10.10.102:8088/) is the same? Whatever the URL configured in the environment will work for the application link. You can also reconfirm if is http or https.
