Excel link to saved Jira filter not returning expected results

Rob Topliss August 17, 2022

I've set up a few saved filters in jira and am trying to link them to excel for further analysis.

I've followed steps i found here: Integrating Jira Filters with Excel - RightStar

My colleague has done the same and whilst he's seeing the results of the filter in a table wit the correct headers which is what i'd expect, i'm getting the screen clip below. It doesnt error just not showing the results of the filter. Has anyone got any ideas on what i'm doign wrong?  Any help much appreciated

@Rob Topliss Welcome to the Atlassian community

It looks like you connection is failing to authenticate.  I would suggest starting over and making sure that you complete all the steps in the article.  If any steps is skipped or you are not prompted then it is most likely missing something it needs to complete the connection.
