When updating tasks we are getting multiple duplicate emails of the same update?
I've checked the notifcation scheme and it looks correct.
I've checked the mail queue and you can see the update go into the queue, the recipient then recieves the 1st email but then the queue is poulated again and this repeats in a loop.
Why could this be happening?
Check if you have any thrid party plugins or customizations that updates the issue in a loop. Can you also check the issue history to see if there are multiple updates?
Also, are you getting the same mail over and over or the mail content is different even if it is about the same issue?
