Email notification when a Blocker issue is created

Hi, I'm searching for a way to get notified by email when a new Blocker issue is created.

Even better if I could set up some other users to get notified.

Hi @leodavesne

You can do this via an automation rule with something like this:

-when an issue is updated,

-if there is a blocked issue related,

-then I send an email (to you or whoever you want)

Indeed that would work, but what if I don't have Automation in my projects? To focus on this additional point, I've published another question there so that this question is solved here.

Hi @JM Perrot this doesnt work as there is no such action available to send out emails. Only SMS by Twilio is available.
