Email Notification Issue

Hello Everyone,

I am receiving an email notification from a person who commented out on my Jira ticket or issue. When I try to reply to that email it is not going to that person rather it is sending an email to admin group. Can you please help me how can i resolve this issue.

Hello @Karthik Beereddy

You'll have to look into your incoming email handler configurations to see how it is setup. I would assume your default handler only has notifications setup to inform admin group.
