Does Jira provides complete SDLC support?

Hi, I am looking for a complete SDLC support PM tool for my organization. I need a tool that can provide following services:

-> Planning

-> Defining

-> Designing

-> Building

-> Testing

-> Deployment

-> Maintenance and Support

Does Jira provide all these services? Please clarify my doubt. Thanks in advance.

No. I'm not aware of any single tool that does everything. Atlassian has other products that interface to provide a total solution.

Everywhere I've worked used Microsoft Project to manage schedules and other tools for everything else.
