Description field in CSV Import is not being created in ticket

I am trying to import tickets though a CSV and I am able to import all fields except the Description field. I understand this is not a custom field and I am selecting the correct mapping. I have tried quotes, double quotes, and no quotes. 

If I export the ticket to XML I am able to see what I should have in the description field in:

<customfieldvalues>

<customfieldvalue>Ticket should be updated tomorrow

</customfieldvalue></customfieldvalues> 

When looking at all of my custom fields I have created I do not have a description custom field.

Any chance you can share the CSV with the record which you cannot import? Or it is with any record you have in the CSV file?
