Delete Locked custom field with Field Type of SLA CustomField Type

i want to delete an Locked Costume field that has the Field Type of a SLA CustomField Type

,because the SLA was deleted , and now the costumFields are not in use.

how can i do it?

Hi Denis,

You should never delete a Locked field. These are system fields and used in various places.

You can delete unused SLA-Type custom fields via Applications > SLA configuration > Clean up.

The field (SLA) should not be assigned anymore.
