Define default columns for saved filter with no results

As the title suggests: Is it possible to define the Default columns of a saved filter in the list view when there are no results?

Currently I only get the "columns" button when there are results. I need to define the columns now though, as I can't wait for the first issue to show up, as it could take weeks/months before that specific filter returns any result.

Hello. I am using that feature, but I haven't checked that behaviour if there aren't results. But why don't you use a syntax able to find issues, apply the columns and change the filter afterwards?

Thank you for that clever tip. I assume it would work.
Turns out someone created a issue they shouldn't have so I just used that one before deleting it (deleting issues, yes I'm a heathen).
