Create or edit a form in JIRA Server instance

Hello community,

I have a request to make our tickets with a certain format (inputs to be provided) . I've seen that there are "Forms" for this need.

Two questions:

1) Is it possible to create "Forms" in JIRA Server Instance as it exist to JIRA Cloud

2) Can these "Forms" be blocking? Ex.: If there are no attachments (Photos), the ticket should be blocked.

Thank you in advance

To answer your second question: Yes, you can set an attachment as required. You don't even need a form for that, you can simply do it when configuring the request type with the form.

Hi @Joao Carriço

It is possibloe but in Jira Service Management like it was in your link -

Forms/Request types are not available for Jira software/Jira Core. Jira Service Management is a seperate product for this.

Hello @Sebastian Krzewiński ,

thank you for your prompt reply.

I'm going to check if we have this module at CERN.

Thank you in advance
