Hello community,
I have a request to make our tickets with a certain format (inputs to be provided) . I've seen that there are "Forms" for this need.
Two questions:
1) Is it possible to create "Forms" in JIRA Server Instance as it exist to JIRA Cloud?
2) Can these "Forms" be blocking? Ex.: If there are no attachments (Photos), the ticket should be blocked.
Thank you in advance
To answer your second question: Yes, you can set an attachment as required. You don't even need a form for that, you can simply do it when configuring the request type with the form.
Best
Almuth
It is possibloe but in Jira Service Management like it was in your link - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/setting-up-request-types-939926357.html
Forms/Request types are not available for Jira software/Jira Core. Jira Service Management is a seperate product for this.
Regards,
Seba

Hello @Sebastian Krzewiński ,
thank you for your prompt reply.
I'm going to check if we have this module at CERN.
Thank you in advance
