Compatibility of ScriptRunner with Service Desk Portal

I have a question of compatibility between Script Runner (Groovy script) and the Jira service desk client portal.

I was able to add a custom groovy script validator in my workflow (ScriptRunner workflow function - Simple scripted validator (condition apply).) and the validation work.

But when I invalidate on my costomer portal I can only see a generic message:

Error

Not able to create issue via this Service Desk.

Impossible to display my custom error message. Is it possible ton control this?

I have the same problem with the error message...it is not showing on the customer portal

Hi Bastien,

Can you provide your script? There are a few reasons why things fail, such as the customer permissions, validation failing on required fields etc. 

Also, if you can provide the atlassian-jira.log output when the issue is created you should be able to find an error message, and paste it here for better support.
