Hope someone can help with this, cause I've been struggling with this for some time...
Having problems changing the comments order in both Jira and Confluence from ascending to descending order. I've carefully followed the steps described here:

However, that just doesn't work. Could someone please shed some light on what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
it should work. i changed mine to desc and it works. note that the order is by date.

Yeah, it doesn't work for everything. Some items still come out in the wrong order.
1) The default should be desc (who made the dumb decision asc was better?).
2) When you change it, it doesn't work for history and some of the comment areas.
It's quite an annoying bug.
