Change the default time unit to hours instead of minutes

Hello All,

Is there any script or workaround to change the "Time Tracking" field behavior. It should accept only hours in "Remaining Estimate" and "Original Estimate" fields.

We just want to be able to enter only the number and system should understand that it is in hours.

Is this possible?
