Change status at a given date

Hi!

I have a question if it's possible to change the status of a issue at a specific date?

If I for example want to put a issue on hold for a month and then change the status to open again.

Is this possible to do?

Not directly, but three ideas to get you started

  • Use the Jelly Escalation scripts - these already do things like "been with customer for 2 weeks, nudge them, then resolve as unanswered"
  • Use the script plugin to create a service that regularly scans for on hold issues, checks their age and reopens them
  • Have a look at the service desk plugin (won't do the actual change, but the SLAs might be a useful way to display this sort of thing so you don't need automatic reopens)
