Cannot connect jira server when edit issue

platform

jira 6.4.12

 

recent change:

we upgrade windows2008 to windows2012

 

problem:JIRA_ERROR(1).JPG

login ok

creating issue ok

when click issue edit button it fails

Did you check the project permission? Are you granted the permission to Edit an issue?

Also check the Issue type workflow properties as it could be set to edit issue = false.

I,m trying to edit issue using asmin account.

I wonder if only OS upgrade affect JIRA permission setting. Idon't know.

@JUN CHANGHEE an OS upgrade shouldn't affect your Jira instance in any way. However you never know.

Did you check the project permissions just to make sure that nothing changed?

Again if all you did was an OS upgrade Jira configuration should remain the same. Did you keep the Same DB?

I checked project permission but it seems ok

issue editing permission is given to admin group. reporters.and the person in charge

we,re using same database-mssql

there was no change in database

Try to edit the issue, then open the logs to check what's the error @JUN CHANGHEE
