Can i document my jira workflow in a confluence page

I need to document my jira workflow details, list all properties, validators, post functions per transition, can i do this and create a confluence page from it?

You'll need to find an app that can read the workflow and document it as a page.

One of my colleagues has done something like that with Smartdraw and visual script.

There is Glass Project Documentation which can create you project documentation, including all the workflows per transitions in your project! Export to PDF or browse it online (even without Project Admin access).
