Backlog disappears when we add to users group particular user

Hi, we have one active plan for a group of 4 users, which was active for a while without any bugs, but today the whole backlog has disappeared and appears after we remove one particular user.

Hi @Velickaite Vika

It seems you are on Cloud on a free plan, if you use JSM then your license limit is 3.

But to be sure can you share more detailed information on your instance and project

Hi, no, we are not on free plan, I guess we are using it on Server. We have a lot of similar project, they are set up to collect task of group members to one board with filters "project = "M Marketing XXX" OR assignee in membersOf("M Marketing XXX") ORDER BY Rank ASC. And it is working with a lot of our plans. In this plan are group of 4 members, and when we rejecting one particular member is works again, but after we add him backlog is empty again. We have created duplicate of this plan and still the same, after we add to group one our guy - it is broken. Empti board.pngboard without user.png

Hi @Velickaite Vika

You haven't indicated whether Jira is hosted on-prem or in cloud. If your Jira URL contains, you're on cloud. Could you confirm please?

Can you also share a screenshot of what the issue is exactly? It's a bit unclear to me from the description alone.

Are you working with a Kanban Board (with backlog) or a Scrum Board?

Hi, no, I think we have it on Server. Our title contains and

For this particular plan we are based on Scrum board. Gere two screenshot how it looks like with one gay ar group and without. And its only about this plan, other are working properly.Empti board.pngboard without user.png
