Needs to implement following requirement step by step .Please guide me
include a new custom field "Resolved by" in JSD.
• If the resolver domain is "ABC" than the information is shown as ABC
• If the resolver domain is any "XYZ" domain than the information is shown as XYZ
• If an unknown domain or new domain resolved the Incident than the information is shown as unknown.
This information should be stored in the ticket and displayed in the ticket.
It must be possible to search for this information and create dashboards for this information.

I would suggest creating a new single line text field "Resolved by" and populate it via automation rule:
In my example, Arbeitspaket would be your "Resolved by" field, as I didn't want to create a new field, just for testing. The rule trigger is configured like this:
