Add attachments with REST API (using postman) returns 429 with Retry-After as 9223372036854775807

Hi,

The REST API call as shown below returns 429 with Retry-After = 9223372036854775807.

Is anyone else facing this and if yes, how was it resolved? Or any other hints how to overcome this is much appreciated.
