Activity stream showing date format in Chinese language

All of a sudden, Dashboard activity stream showing time/date format in Chinese language, how can we change the format to English?

We are also having this issue on version JIRA Server 7.11.2 and Activity Stream v6.4.3
The issue was previously resolved but has reappeared after a server restart

Hi Bunty,

That is odd behavior and looks a lot like the following older bug that should already be fixed back in 2015, and should be working in current versions of the activity stream gadget,  But to get a bit more context on your setup what version of Jira and the activity stream gadget are you currently running?
