Activity fields of Ticket are not shown due to an error

Hi,

when I want to see the activities of a ticket (e.g. comments), these are not shown due to the following error.

Do you have any suggestions how to fix that?

please provide more details about this error through the atlassian-jira.log file within you JIRA-HOME/log folder

On server side, on the JIRA-HOME folder /log/atlassian-jira.log

Ah ok. The problem is that i can´t access to the server.

I will have to ask the server manager then.

We tried to perform a restart of our server and this solved the problem.
