Activity Comments dates

The  Activity/Comments on a Jira Ticket do not have a time stamp.  It says, "Today, Yesterday,  Two Days Ago, ... 6 Days ago"and does not use a timestamp until it is a week old.  I would prefer an actual date and time so I know when exactly the comment was made.

How can this be changed?  

I do not see an option in my profile.  Perhaps some like it this way.  I do not.

there is an option to change the date format by setting

jira.lf.date.relativize = false

in the jira-config.properties file, see the KB article around that at
