We have a support mail box.
User sends e-mails to it for any issues they face.So support persons looks in to it and creates a ticket in JIRA.
We want to automate those each and every email as ticket in JIRA.
is there any way that JIRA monitors a mail box continuously and creates a ticket when ever a new email comes in to the mail box?

You can indeed setup a mail handler that will automatically pick up emails from a specified inbox and create Jira tickets from their contents:
