We have configured incoming mail handler for a project in Jira. Tickets are getting created till date. But suddenly we see that 2 tickets dint get created. I am suspecting one issue.
Can we have a jira ticket created from already existing Jira ticket from project A and forward the same mail to project B (which is configured to auto-create a jira ticket in project B via an email)

in one project mail handler not creating ticket in jira,
we are using jira7.0 so please help how we can fix this issue .
