Hi @Pradeep sunkari

Any user who has permission can log their effort on the issues. You can however use either subtasks or simply create two separate issues.

In your case you can combine workflow transitions, conditions to ensure that work log is captured when moving issue from one stage to another (dev to test).

I hope it helps.

Hi Pradeep - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Multiple people can charge time to the same issue. Has each person tried to log time and can't?
