When user want to create an issue,

the components used to show in the form of Combo Box.(normal display state)

But One Day, the components changed into in the form of long list of Check Box, so It is really uncomfortable for us. (all the object is listed so the form is too long)

Can you tell me why and how can I get it back ?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is Atlassian trying to improve the handling of fields when they have a lot of options in them.  A common complaint from people who have defined too many options for humans to comprehend in a simple drop-down is that it's hard to find the right option, and rather than limit the lists, Atlassian are trying to move to a more consistent "click to select, and show the ticks" with some of the other fields.  Check marks you can toggle are a bit more obvious and intuitive than a highlight that needs you to hold ctrl down to use.

There is no way back I'm afraid, an update is an update (Atlassian wants me to use words like upgrade or improvement, but I can't always do that, because some updates make no improvements.  I suspect this might be one of them)

Personally, I prefer the "hold ctrl and click on a simple list", but I can see why most people do not.

I'd also rather see a proper fix for "we defined 100and11ty12 fields called 'status' when we only really needed one", so when someone types "status" in JQL, they cannot find the actual status.  (If I were the Jira product owner, or even just a developer, I'd write code that blocks admins from adding custom fields with any variation of "status" in their name)
