jira issue migration

Hi All

We are still using jira server. We have a client who also uses jira server. Is there any way to import the issues in the client's jira system into our jira system? Besides using csv file for import and export, is there any other more convenient way? Synchronize issue information periodically

Yes, it is possible but requires deep preparation and 3rd party plugins. You can read more information here.

If you do not want to merge sync between instances it also require addons (like Backbone Issue Sync) or development

However if you still using Server license (not Data Center) then you would not be able to install new addons, so I guess this might be the first thing to pass.
