connect jira and confluence

Hi 

I want to provide some information and documents for training for employees
I want to show them if they were looking for information in Jira and that information was in confluence too. 

For more information , I'm using jira in host , not cloud and 

our jira is in host  not cloud and version is v8.5.0

I would very thankful if you guide me .
