What is causing two users to see the same issue type as different colors?

Hi everyone,

We're currently testing Jira 8.1 and we've noticed that one user is seeing our "Request" issue type as green on issues, while most others see it as Orange. What is causing this? I checked personal settings and board settings but couldn't find it anywhere, it should be orange.

I suspect this may be caused by the icon for the issue type changing and the instance not being reindexed.

Do the following:

* Reindex Jira and Check if this fixes the issue.
* If not, consider  a restart of Jira this clears the JIRA cache.
* If this does not fix it, ask the users to check in a different browser so it is not a case that the image is cached in the browser.
