Users cannot interact with the embedded eazyBI chart in Jira dashboard

Question

I am trying to embed an eazyBI chart into my Jira dashboard using the eazyBI gadget.

However, they cannot view or click on the chart elements to drill into the mentioned issues. They have access to Jira but do not have access to eazyBI.

Any insights, tips, or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Linh Dau ,

You might grant these users dashboard viewer role to the specific eazyBI account.

You might grant that access role to the Jira user group instead of individual users for convenience.
