Keyboard shortcuts

Hi there,

the keyboard shortcuts are by default interfering with general shortcuts assignet and prioritized by the browser (here: Chrome). Why have Atlassian chosen such generic shortcuts like Ctrl + Shift + B for starting a bullet list? It is inaccessible. 

How can we customize the shortcuts?

You can't.

And in my opinion, all software developers uses generic shortcuts in their applications
