Jira client base development.

Could anyone please provide any data on what was the number of Jira clients during the 2 first years of its implementation disaggregated by quater?
I badly need this information for my presentation, but I couldn't find it anywhere(
I hope it's not some kind of secret information)

I don't think it would be secret if it's been gathered or kept, but you're looking back 14-16 years to a product that didn't have a huge organisation behind it and they simply may not have the numbers any more.  Also, as the Jira licence is "in perpetuity", people who've had it for a year could have continued to use it without telling Atlassian.  I'm still running into systems running without maintenance as old as 3.1
