I have a 2 part rule and the first part runs without issue but heading into the second part the rule fails. The only detail that it is giving me in the audit log is "failure". So how can i tell what is causing this rule to fail before even starting when the first rule runs fine?
If you could upload a screenshot of what the rule looks like and the audit log that would help troubleshoot this. Without that information there could be anything that is causing it. A generic recommendation would be to add an audit log component before the rule fails, it could show the value of a smart value or a field.
