How do I associate Field Configuration Schemes with one Issue.

Hi i will try to reopen the issue but currently in my workflow i dosnt have the reopen option so i created a one workflow scheme with reopen issue option and try to attach in the project ,after migration option i am not able to see any buttons like acknowledge and resolve button ,Please help thanks in advance

Hi Pooja,

Things you need to verify.

1. Go to the workflow and ensure it has all the steps have the right transitions. Additionally, check if you have any conditions on the transitions you are unable to view.

2. Go to the workflow scheme, and ensure that your issue type or the default is set to your workflow

3. Go to your project, and ensure that the project is associated with the workflow scheme
