Format of excel test case to be able to import to JIRA later

We are documenting test cases in excel now.Future plan is to use JIRA for test plan management.So please help me with the format in which I should proceed with test cases in excel so that ,later when I use JIRA,this format should be acceptable.

The CSV format should probably be determined by whatever you're going to use to do test case handling in JIRA - plain JIRA?  Dedicated fields and workflows? Zephyr?  Some other test add-on?  What's the eventual structure and how are you linking stuff?
