Hi, my team is responsible for planning and executing on external test activities for a small company. We frequently encounter changes to the initial scope of the testing, delays in availability of samples for testing, etc...which we try to accommodate for the good of multiple projects. In the end, if testing is delayed and the schedule isn't met, we take the blame. Is there a tool for documenting the changes, equipment availability, etc. as a dashboard for status tracking and "excuses" for delays? Thanks!
