Hello
One of my customer, has JSM 4.20, according to marketplace, Insight is included in this JSM version. But there is a possibility that this customer will stop using JSM in a short time.
We have started to load data into Insight, my question is, in case JSM they stop using it by disabling JSM, will they lost all the Insight loaded data?, and if they still need Insight, how can they use?, I mean, is it strictly necessary to have JSM in order to have Insight?
Thanks!
P.S They also have JSW V 8.20
@fvillena Insights is bundled with JSM. If you disable JSM the insights tables are still in the DB but you would not be able to pull the information out if you do not have JSM.
