I'm trying to setup a Service Desk project with an email account which when emails are received, they are converted into Support Issues.
I've got everything setup at the system level with no problems, but when I attempt to add an email address to the Project itself (in Project Settings > Email requests), I cannot advance beyond the first part of the setup. No error messages are given, nothing - I click Next and it does nothing.
Please advise.
Using Jira 8.12.2 - self-hosted.
Disregard - I guess it was a bug. I upgraded Jira Core and Service Desk and was then able to proceed as planned.
