We are using Jira service management(JSM). We have cluster node(2) in our JSM. We are using Data center version of JSM. In the server we have configured the session timeout in /<jira install>/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/web.xml as 10 min and also under /<jira install>/conf/web.xml as 10 min on both the nodes.
When we tested that, For customers we are not facing any issue i.e., whenever the session timeout takes place it is redirecting to login page (session is getting inactive).
But for the agent users, the session timeout is not working i.e., even after 10 min being elapsed, the session timeout doesn't take place and the session of agent user is still active.
Please let us know if we need to make some changes in files in the server/UI to make the session timeout for agents too.
