Remove comments on transition

Hi,

I have made a transition from Closed to Archived. On this transition the description field will be purged. I would also like to remove all comments, but I am not able to figure out how to do so. Ho wdo i remove, or at least change the content of the comments?

You would also need ScriptRunner for example and create a post-function where you clear comments.

Hello,

Do you mean that you want to delete all comments, which are available for the issue? If so, you would need an add-on for it. For example, Adaptivist ScriptRunner or Power Scripts.
