We are using the Refined plugin for our on-premise Jira service management, and we encounter a problem when we are trying to set up the knowledge base search.
Basically, we have set up everything - but when a pop-up should come it gives us a browser error
If i click on the bottom of the picture where it says Open article in a new window, it works.
I tried to change the Auth mode from JSM to Confluence and back from AUth with impersonation to simple Auth, but it's not working.
I did tried with other browsers, same result/incognito.
Any other ideas?
Could you open a ticket regarding this with our support team, over at support.refined.com?
We've got a few ideas and troubleshooting steps to try figure out why this happens, but we're going to need some more information from your end regarding your setup - for which our support channel is probably better suited.
