Hi, I am all of a sudden getting the same issue but im on a paid plan?

I've checked the license and confirmed that you are using the Free plan, that's why it shows the message about the notifications.

If you want to upgrade your plan, you need to go to Screenshot 2020-01-16_11-08-00-043.png > Administration > Manage subscriptions > Change > Select Standard.
