Hello,
as we are currently looking at the Data Center version of Jira service management, we are checking if it is possible to display changes that happened in subtasks in the parent task.
However, when setting an automation and working with Smart Values a problem occurs here. The goal is to show in the parent task when a sub-task ticket is set to Done.
There is still a problem here with displaying the history and showing the changes in the parent ticket that were made in the subtask.
If I write {{issue.subtasks}}, all ticket numbers of all sub-tasks are displayed.
If I write {{issue.subtask}} nothing comes up.
If I write {{issue.key}} I get the ticket number of the parent task.
Which Smart value do I have to use to show only the sub-task ticket I want to have!
Thank you in advance.
