Welcome to the community. Can you clarify what you mean by batch email notifications? Example - Are you referring to the default notification when an issue is created in your JSM project? Or, are you referring to the custom email notification that you use automation rule to send out?
If you are referring to "Customer notifications", then you can go to your specific project, then Project settings >> Customer notification. In the UI, you can edit the default out of the box template for each event to add in your custom footer.
Please advise and hope this helps.

Hi Joseph, it's not refer to "Customer notifications" as it's for single mail notify and I already modify via UI as well, but what I am looking for batch mail notification by 10min to combine all comment or status change to change together.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You are referring to two different notifications (one is the JSM customer notification and the other one is the system default notification).
Unfortunately, the customization that you done against the email notifications cannot be applied to the JSM customer notification.
Here is the link reference on the system notification (customizing email content template) - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/customizing-email-content-938847640.html

Yes, correct that system notification.
I think at least we shall find out only to remove the Jira version in the email as we don't want to expose this internal information. So do you have any experience with that know which file we could remove it?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, you cannot change the system notification in regards to the Jira version that I am aware of.
However, your Customers of JSM should only receive the portal event notification email. Question to you why are you trying to remove the Jira version information for users who are getting the system default notifications via project's notification scheme setup?

There are 2 things for this concerns:
1. We don't want to expose the particular version in the system to end users including external users also, it may subject expose kind of privacy inforamtion in case there is vulnerability in that version.
2. Actually, we need consistency of email format or footer, so that it looks difference perspective from end users.
Thank you!

Yes, but they said it's out the box for customization then they suggested option to explore here.
I think since it's complicated so will consider enhancement later.
Thanks team.
