Listen for ServiceDeskCommentEvent event

Question

Hi,

I am trying to listen for the ServiceDeskCommentEvent event.

i am able to listen for jira issue events by following the following

I added a new method with annotation @EventListener and paramater

ServiceDeskCommentEvent comment, but it does not work.

Nothing in the logs.

Hi @Nelson Carranza ,

in my knowledge there is not a specific event for comment in service desk but there is an event Issue Commented. In your listener, based on the project of your issue, you can determine if it is a service desk project or not.
