Is it possible that the Jira Service Desk does not display certain fields with default values for individual customer request types?
The problem is as follows:
There are Inquiry1, Inquiry2 and Inquiry3 under the Service Process type (because of the same workflow).
The following fields should be displayed for Requirement1: Field1, Field2, Field3, Field4.
For query2, the following fields should be displayed: Field5, Field6, Field7, Field7, Field8
The following fields should be displayed for the query3 : Field1, Field2, Field3, Field3, Field4
Field 3 has a default value because it is a selection list of "Default12121212123". This is now displayed in the backend of the ticket, since it is not edited by the user when the ticket is created.
What can I do? I'm not that deep in the matter yet.
